Staff was attentive when asked for something. Rooms were clean. A little run down the bathroom faucet but it worked. Water pressure was great. Quiet at night . Very convenient location. Breakfast was your ok. Close enough to go elsewhere . Sunrise beach only 5 min walk. Other beaches are near from 10-20 mins away. I’d stay there again.

Friendly staff - but not so my value for themoney.

Nice location and friendly staff. We had a family room upstairs, without balcony. That room type has window facing to the "outdoor pathway" - so basically no view and no privacy. I assume the rooms with balcony would have been better. We stayed during Chinese new year season, so I guess it was a high-peak season in terms of pricing. The quality not great for the money spent.

Koh Lipe is paradise

Sam Pita has an excellent location, about 5 minutes to Sunrise beach and about 8 minutes to Pattaya beach and about one minute to the north end of Walking Street. Sunset beach is about a 30 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. North Point beach (Zodiac) is about a 12 minute walk. The staff are very nice, the breakfast was decent enough and the pool was a welcome change from going to the beach. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. There was great water pressure in the shower but didn’t get very hot. The room is very spacious with a mini fridge and a big washroom and a large shower. The WiFi was passable and sometimes was very slow but I read that this could be the case all over the island. The area is kept very clean and a huge bonus was that they have a service to pick up you and your bags from the pier - this was huge and a major stress reliever since it would be very difficult to take your bags on your own or hiring a taxi which would be hard at the rush when a boat arrives. I would highly recommend this hotel especially after seeing some of the other I was considering.

Ein sehr angenehmes Boutique Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Schöne Zimmer und ruhige Lage. Die Walking Street ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Es gibt Handtücher und Strandmatten

Ett mysigt boende med perfekt läge. Personalen är mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Om man ska klaga på något så är det frukosten. Litet utbud och pannkakorna tog alltid slut så ibland blev man utan. Men skulle definit åka hit igen.

Close to sunrise beach

It is a bit off the main road and a bit away from sunrise beach. This is positive as the scooters are loud on the main road and long tail boats are loud if you are too close to the beach. So fairly quiet, clean and friendly. Walking street is less than 5 minutes walking and a good grocery store even closer. So lots of restaurants nearby. All is well maintained and nicely arranged. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner and shower worked well. They will pick you up at the ferry (entrance to walking street). All in all a good hotel. Also a nice pool if you need one but the beach is very close. Nice touch: mats and towels for guests for the beach.

Ok hotellopphold

Vi tilbragte 9 netter på dette hotellet. Hotellet ligger i nærhet av øyas beste strand og walking street. Fin beliggenhet for vår del. Hotellet og rommet var bra. Må dessverre si at jeg syns personalet virket litt uprofesjonelt. De lå og sov og slappet av i hotellområdet til en hver tid. De reiste seg ikke selv om vi kom. Dette gjør at man får en litt negativ oppfatning av stedet. Frokosten var virkelig ikke noe å skryte av. Eggerøren smakte ikke godt! Maten var tørr og kjedelig. Vi sluttet å spise frokost her og gikk heller til andre penger og fikk fersk frokost der. Dette kostet oss mer enn forventet. Alt i alt hadde vi fine dager her!

Poolen är extremt liten, har nästintill aldrig sol. Vi ångrar i efterhand att vi letade efter ett hotell med pool då vi aldrig använde det. Hade ett bra läge, precis bredvid sunrise Beach, som är den bästa stranden. Och ca 2 minuter ifrån elaking street. Dock lite väl dyrt för det hotellrum och frukost man fick..

The location was perfect the beach was very close. The room was tiny no cupboard for clothing. The bathroom was worn out but clean. The breakfast was very basic but okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a nice time.

Clean and well located even though not beach front

After staying on tge island we foubd this location very central to main 'Walking street' and couple of minutes walk from sunrise beach (beautiful). Surrounding area could use a ckeanup but minor issue. Breakfast fairly basic but ok. Excellent value compared to immediate beach front

Stort rum och badrum, skönt med städning varje dag som ingår. Helt okej frukost. Stor balkong. Rekomenderar detta hotel om man vill ha nära till Sunrise beach.

Mysigt hotell

Väldigt mysigt och familjärt hotell nära sunrise Beach och walking street. Personalen var hur gulliga som helst och speciellt mot våra två barn (1 och 4 år). Vi lämnade några väskor på ett annat hotell när vi åkte över till Langkawi, när vi frågade om dom kunde hjälpa oss att hämta väskorna då dom har moped så skulle det inte vara några problem, vi gick in på rummet för att byta om och plötsligt var våra väskor utanför rummet! Service u hög grad! Tvättservice på hotellet för samma pris som överallt annars. Man känner sig väldigt välkommen när man är här. Personalen erbjöd sig att gå och köpa glass åt oss då dom inte sålde det på plats. Frukosten var bra i thaimått mätt så inget speciellt. Fri kaffe och vatten under dagen från köket. Poolen var bra för vår 4-åring som precis lärt sig simma och dyka. Annars kanske lite liten för oss vuxna. Kommer vi tillbaka så kommer vi definitivt att boka här igen.
