Hôtel sur la plage, lit confortable et chambre moderne mais sans balcon et sombre. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié chaque jour si vous mangez salé. Les plages sont merveilleuses mais peu de possibilité de se baigner à cause des bateaux.

Great location & excellent staff.

Loved this hotel and their staff! Staff did everything to make me feel special and my vacation fun and relaxing. Perfect location on the beach (with sun chairs) next to restaurants, beach massage spa, and short beach walk to the Walking Street & Sunset Beach. Will stay here again.

Vi är så nöjda med vår bungalow. Rent och så sköna sängar med super mjuka lakan o täcke. Mysig veranda. Absolut bästa läget på Pattaya beach. Kommer vi tbx till Koh Lipe finns det inget annat ställa vi vill bo på än här- 12 av 10 p

船着場から歩いて10分くらいの所にあるホテルです。 日本語は通じないです。 洗濯機がなくランドリーまで距離があるので、手洗いウォッシュしてました笑 シャワーやご飯は👌でした！ あとホテルの方々も親切でした。 コスパ的には大アリかな

Struttura soddisfacente, noi eravamo nei bungalow, rumore ok, colazione ok, posizione ottima, tratto di spiaggia senza barchette ormeggiate, prima pecca pochi lettini, non ci si puo alzare alle 07 per prendere posto, poi materassi in cemento armato, quindi quasi impossibile riposare.

Chambre exceptionnelle avec accès direct a la plage Personnel bienveillant et discret En revanche problème pour se doucher Il n'y a aucune pression et surtout pas d'eau chaude On nous a dit de laisser couler leau 15 minutes Mais même apres 30 minutes pas d'eau chaude Donc le soir après une journée de soleil ca va ..mais as de douche le matin.on est sur une ile c'est pas le plus grave mais il faudrait régler ce problème pour une note parfaite

This was our first time to Koh Lipe and we didn’t really know what area to book. We got really lucky with Bella Vista. It is near the walking street and entertainment area but also far enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. The location provides a great view. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to keep the property clean. I would love to stay here again

Purtroppo questa struttura non è fra i miei hotel consigliati. Vista la mole di ospiti , dovrebbero organizzarsi. La sera, prima di cena non c'è acqua (dicono in tutta l'isola), ma stanchi di lavarci con le bottiglie d'acqua, ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel a fianco che invece l'acqua la ha. Colazione basic. Nella camera di una mia amica un topo entrava ed usciva da un sifone non sigillato: soluzione ? Cambio camera in una camera dove il rubinetto non era fissato al lavandino. NON TORNEREI IN QUESTO HOTEL Né LO SUGGERIREI A NESSUNO

Vi blev utan vatten i ca 18 timmar, vi påpekade detta vid flera tillfällen och fick till svar varje gång att det skulle ta ca 10 minuter. Personalen var väldigt dåliga på engelska, så vi fick inget riktigt svar på vad som hände.

Ha inga förväntningar på service eller kvalitet

Vi hade bokat queen-size men fick ett rum med separata sänga första 3 nätterna. Riktigt dålig frukost. Telefonen till receptionen fungerade sällan. Vattnet stängdes av i 3 dagar. Överlag riktigt missnöjda, då vi dessutom betalade extra för att få de bästa rummen.

Hotellet ligger i bortre halvan av Pattaya, vilket gör att det är lugnt och tyst, dock tar det bara cirka 5-7 min att gå längs stranden till Walkingstreet. Rakt utanför hotellet är bottnen rätt stenig de första 10-15 metrarna men sedan är det otroligt fin och vit sand. Ännu lite längre ut börjar korallreven. Längs i princip hela Pattaya Beach ligger det gott om longtailbåtar i vattenbrynet, men utanför Bella Vista är det båtfritt (åtminstone när vi var där). Frukosten på hotellet är förhållandevis bra. Det finns både thailändsk och västerländsk mat att välja mellan. Stekt ägg, omelett och äggröra går att beställa i köket. Rummen är ganska ordinära. Det finns kyl och vattenkokare, men jag saknade en safetybox. Rummet städas inte om du inte hänger ut skylten. Sängarna är hårda men sköna. Hotellets Wi-Fi är ofta svårt att komma in på och när du kommit in är det otroligt segt. Undvik rum 501 om ni vill sova på morgnarna. Det ligger vägg i vägg med köket där de börjar slamra väldigt tidigt!!

11 Nächte im Bella Vista

Wir waren 11 Nächte im Bella Vista. Das Zimmer (Beachfront) war sauber und das Bett schön gross. Leider muss ich bei der Freundlichkeit ein grosses Minus machen. Noch nie so unfreundliches Personal in Thailand erlebt! War nun das 4te mal in Thailand, aber das war nicht schön. Das Personal machte sich über eine "dickere" Urlauberin lustig. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt, erst nach der 3.ten Beschwerde wurde reagiert. Wenn man Getränke bei der Bar kaufen wollte, wurde man genervt angeschaut, alle sassen in einer Ecke und drückten am Handy herum. Die Kaffemaschine beim Frühstück war defekt und somit gab es nur löslichen Kaffee. Der Strand ist wunderschön und es hat genügend Liegen. Am Abend kann es mal lauter werden, da von der Nachbarschaft oft ein Dj auflegt oder sonst einfach Musik läuft. Wir hatten ubs aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Einen Minus Punkt gibt es noch für die Dusche. Es fab nur kaltes bis lauwarmes Wasser. Teilweise gar kein fliessendes Wasser oder dann sehr wenig. Wird Problematisch bei langen Haaren. Trotz allen würden wir wieder gehen, weil das Meer unglaublich schön ist und vor dem Bella Vista keine Abschrankung hat und nur jeweils 1 Taxi-Boot davor steht. Preis Leistung passt. Personal müsste mal motiviert werden ;)
