The room was very nice and clean. I was not thrilled with the bathroom. They had no safety bars for the tub/shower and no mat for inside the tub. The faucet for the shower was hard to manipulate and it was hard getting hot water.

Staff very helpful.....upgraded our room.....but didnt matter.....smokers and homeless flooded the entrance and the separate smoking shelter just outside the hotel......room was very clean, tidy and had been upgraded......again, didnt matter.....teenagers were running up and down the hall all night.....items were being thrown in the room closest to us......my wife was afraid to go to the car.....if it wasnt for the staff, we would have swallowed the hotel room, taken the hit and booked somewhere else

Our room was great and the staff was helpful but the restaurant needs more staff. With 5 tables occupied (out of 40) we waited 10 minutes for a table and the staleaks were way overcooked. The second time they came out they were better and the waiter Comped our drinks (juice and tea). All in all it was a pleasant experience but nothing spectacular

I came to pass just one night after a long trip. Beds looked clean, but My family did not want to go to sleep because some bugs were flying in the room. Washroom's corners were dirty and makes you feel like it was not scrubbed at all. Breakfast not included.... They are in renovations. I hope they improve it, and I hope thry include breakfasts.
