I understand the hotel was under renovations but it has been for a long time now. The room seemed rushed when it was renovated with soap dispensers coming out of the wall, toilet paper holders not attached right and the wall paper having bubbles and not being finished in some places. The breakfast buffet for $22 was only a little better than a continental breakfast with only the basic breakfast items it didn't seem worth the price. Room service ending by 930 seemed odd for a hotel charging $120 a night. The hotel was quiet which is good. Overall it wasn't the best experience for a Hilton property and I will probably not stay again

We stayed 4 nights but were busy with family everyday for the Thanksgiving weekend. The girls at the front desk we dealt with continually were helpful and very sweet and kind. Our room with 2 queen beds was roomy. The bathroom shower - all glass, top to bottom, fantastic. Next visit we are coming back.
For an extra $75 we were allowed to bring her with us. She is nondestructive and was happy in the room.

I stay at the hotel frequently for business. Generally four or more times per month.It’s close to the shopping centre and transport. Check-in is always extremely fast and the staff are great. The staff in the bar/lounge are extremely friendly and the food is quite goodHowever, there’s a homelessness problem in the area and homeless are either in the hotel or in the foyer begging for money. The rooms are usually great. However, on this occasion,the closet doors in my room were positioned that weird angles and would not close properly. The gym is extremely small and ill equipped. It could use an expansion and proper equipment. There is a treadmill at the stationary bike, but not much else. I stay here for the service and proximity to local shopping so I can pick up a few gifts for my wife and kids while I’m travelling on business
