Very Good

The location is in a residential part of town, so it’s quiet at night. The owners are super nice and accommodating. The kitchen is clean, with a full fridge and stove, and the washroom is well-maintained, with a full tub and shower and plentiful towels. Bedrooms are also very clean, with comfortable beds. It was a relaxing little sanctuary to return to at the end of a tiring day.
My stay was good. Justin was very accommodating and helpful. Very easy and straightforward check in. It was clean and quiet. Beds could be a bit more comfy but I’d definitely stay again.
This was a very quiet, safe, very clean and comfortable place to stay. It's a convenient location to amenities and travel routes. I would book here again.
This isn't really a bed and breakfast-it's a Verbo, essentially. Two bedrooms, beds a little dated, no tech hookups. Kitchen and bathroom outside the door. No food provided although there is coffee makings. It was quiet, comfortable, close to the highway, so it worked well for us. And a very nice neighborhood.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It was centrally located, in a quiet neighborhoods. Surprised there was no breakfast. Didnt expect a shared bsthroom
Great neighbourhood to stay in. Good communication from owners. The bed and bedding could be a little more comfy but all in all great value for the price.
Their is a shared bathroom and parking, along with free tea and Coffee in the shared kitchen I liked that their was extra pillows and a extra blanket, their is a tv along with free internet, and I payed way less then the other hotels In the Saskatoon area, I didn’t like the Distant smell of pee I could never pinpoint where the smell was coming from but besides that this place was a beautiful spot, the area was
A great visit. Two nights in the middle winter. You can park on a driveway reserved just for you. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.
Very quiet and very comfortable. Justin & Shirley made me feel at home. High recommend and I will be returning
This is not comparable to a $200/night hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s guest room. You share a bathroom and kitchen area with 1 or 2 other guests. You get your own lockable bedroom and your own shelf in the fridge. There is coffee and tea available. It is tidy, the bed was flat and firm, and the hosts are lovely. If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive place to get a good night’s rest, this is a good choice.
Friendly hosts
But bed not comfortable
Kitchen sink not clean
Having to wear their plastic sandals other patrons would wear ?? Sanitary?
Food provided was overcooked and rubbery table flooring very worn with tears. I do not recommend without upgrades
A nice place with a private entrance …but was not fond of my shoes in the porch it was too cold for them overnight out there. Dishes were not clean enough. No bathmat provided. Believe sheets were clean but too aged for a B & B.
