Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. We booked an accessible twin room but it was definitely not considered accessible by ADA standards. Hotel is quite dated and run down. Staff (Willey) at the reception on check in was not very personable/customer service oriented. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier as the staff barely know any English. He was also very timid and spoke so softly I could barely hear him. Also, be warned that there is a mandatory "onsen" fee of ¥150 per person, per night. This must be paid regardless of if you use the onsen. I found this rather to be a cash grab since it should only be charged to guests who actually use the onsen. We ended up with a gigantic room by Japanese standards. There were only two single size beds (twin) but a huge tatami area with 2 futons that you could set up which is perfect for toddlers/kids area. The bathroom was very small though. I feel like they should have given the bathroom a bit more space and the room less space to balance it out. Our bathroom was so old that there was not dedicated faucet for the bathtub/shower. The water for bathing/showering is run from the sink so you have to switch a lever to get the water to go from the sink to the tub. It was also leaky. The room was relatively clean but I think the age of the hotel really shows. Interesting thing is there is a goat on the property just outside the main entrance. You can feed it in the morning.

ハウステンボスの利用の際宿泊しました。最終プロジェクションマップを見て帰ると9時半頃になるのですが、レストランのラストオーダーに間に合いません。ハウステンボスに行く人が多いと思いますので、ルームサービスとか夜食があれば助かります。

温泉かつ露天風呂である点が良いです部屋はやや年季が入っていますが清潔で綺麗です Wi-Fiが廊下にあるため距離減衰で部屋によっては遅い場合があるのは残念です

子供1名含む3名で予約していたが、タオルは2名分、水も2名分しかなく、そういう予約だったからということらしい。こういう施設は自分には合わなかった。施設が古いということ以上にホスピタリティが不足していると感じられた。

良い意味でレトロな施設で楽しめました。　部屋も広く温泉やサウナも充実していて良かったです。翌朝、地元の方々がたくさんいらして、浴場やサウナで大声でおしゃべりしていて、落ち着がなかったのが残念でした。

ハウステンボスまでのアクセスが抜群なので車がない旅行者にとっては最高の場所にあるホテルです。夜遅くのチェックインも対応いただけますが少し待つ時間が発生する可能性がありそうです。浴場のシャンプーはリンスインで我が家の髪にはキシキシしてしまったのでご持参したほうが良いと思います。建物の古さは感じますが清潔で充分休めます。
