Perfect location, nice room, lots of parking and great staff. I only docked them one star (wish it could have been a half star) because they have one of those annoying AC units that turns on and off all night and is not ideal for light sleepers who wake up to everything!

The location was great, staff was friendly, room was nice enough, but we could hear everything in the next rooms and hallway. Snoring from the next room woke us up first, then people chatting, then door slamming in the hall.

The hotel itself was very nice, and very clean. The girl we checked in with was super nice, the girl we checked out with not so much. Also no complimentary coffee. The girl at the desk sent us to the restaurant but it wasn’t open. Then another worker sent us back to the desk and said they would make some but we figured when she didn’t offer she probably didn’t want to. Other than that it was a nice stay. The gentleman out front was extremely helpful and kind also!!!

Staff was friendly. Overall, the property is in dire need of an overhaul. Very tired and run down. Central location is perfect, but not up to par for a Hilton property. We stayed in a Luxury Suite, but again - quite run down. Also, tried to get breakfast at hotel. Only 1 person hostessing and waiting tables. Looked like a cyclone hit before we got there and it took over 15 minutes just to get seated amongst dirty tables needing to be cleared from previous diners. We got up and left. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom dimly lit. Do not recommend.

Frankly the hotel is a little dated. But the rooms were very comfortable and meticulously clean. And the location is hard to beat. Also ample parking. The two young ladies working the Front Desk on both evenings we stayed there were exceptionally helpful. We followed their dining recommendations and they were spot on. Also extremely helpful when making transportation arrangements around town. Courteous and knowledgeable. an excellent experience and would stay there again.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. It is a very long walk from the closest space in the parking lot to the registration desk and then eventually to the room, especially when carrying luggage. Try to have breakfast one morning in the restaurant, but left after a half an hour unable to place an order hostess/waitress said she would get to me when she could

A shuttle to various locations throughout town, including to the racetrack, conveniently picks up guests in the parking lot. The bar could use a little more "atmosphere", perhaps more subtle lighting. The rooms were big, extremely clean and nicely appointed with plenty of seating and storage. There was a beautiful fireplace we sat in front of in the lobby one evening, and there's plenty of benches and tables outside the hotel to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. I only wish that there weren't the four steps leading from the front desk to the parking lot. It makes it difficult to carry a suitcase, etc.

The room was clean & the staff was great. However, cracked tiles, rusted drains and inadequate gym facilitates left a lot to be desired. The restaurant staff was great, but the food was terrible. The Bistro needs a cook that can make eggs etc. Certainly does not meet Hilton Standards Especially at ~$1,000 per night. In dddition we ended up with a Handicapped Room, which had low sinks etc:(

The hotel was in immaculate condition and very attractive design. It would not be possible to say anything negative. We especially enjoyed our breakfast on the morning we left. We asked for some modification from the printed menu, and the chef came out to our table to make sure that we were satisfied. I was a bit surprised that there seemed to be so few guests in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and every way, except for the restaurant. We only had breakfast, so that’s my only experience. It was only one waiter for all of the tables in the morning. Long wait to be served, many mistakes made, and overall not a great experience. The food was OK though. I would recommend to have an extra waiter so that things may run more efficiently.
