Really cute place! Standard motel amenities. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice and cool. We had a good nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is in walking distance of a ton of restaurants and bars and stores which made it very convenient. I would highly recommend it.

Location! Location! Location! The Bluebird is on the Main Street that has restaurants, bars, and shops. Get takeout from Sweet Mimi’s and have a picnic in the park. The park is gorgeous! The Bluebird has comfy beds and a coffee/tea bar for guests. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. If you pull in to the parking lot and it’s full, go to the front desk and they will give you a parking pass for the garage located behind the hotel. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The best part about this hotel is the location. For what it is, it was very overpriced as the rooms are hip and cute but very basic. The location cannot be beat, however, so for that I will give the highest rating. The main lounge area is quite cute, but the room was sparse, with no real amenities. The doors stuck and were hard to open and close; the patio existed but looked out on garbage cans. Again, it was an old motel that someone hipster-fied cheaply. It has massive potential to be really cool, but they have not hit that mark yet. Would I stay there again? Sure...but not for $348/night.

This is what would be considered a ‘cheap motel’- other than the fact that rooms are $500/nt + The location is great. Every staff member was gracious and helpful. There is parking. The room we stayed in with our dog was gross. Smelly, cement floor, pipes, gross dirt in corners of room… maybe this is just the type of room they give to dogs and their people

If you are looking for a place to stay in Saratoga Springs, I highly recommend the Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge. Other than the Adelphi Hotel, which is next door, there is no better location! Just remember to bring slippers. When the place was renovated, cement floors were very trendy. The staff is super friendly! And very helpful!!
