This motel was probably built in the 1950's or earlier, and is very very bare bones. Fairly clean, but needed a renovation 30 years ago. Room is very very small. Bed was worn out. The bathroom shower didn't look too good so I didn't use it. Its not the ritz.

I loved it for my 2 nights--it was clean, it had a good bed, hot water, heat, a/c, fridge, WIFI, huge parking lot, all first floor (I didn't have to haul things a long way from my vehicle), and the price was phenomenal. Also there's an excellent diner down the road on the north end of Saratoga Springs--Triangle Diner. For me, on a work trip, this was 5 star. I think most travellers in the US consider "5 star" something different so I gave it 4 stars generally. It's old, nothing fancy, and could use upgrading in various ways, slight mildew smell in the bathroom, but very functional and about 1/4 of the price of the Saratoga Springs hotels.

No soap,toilet paper, cup to brush teeth. Loaded with black and white mold. Plywood windows. I have all pictures to prove the dirt,hair in shower couldn't even bring ourselves to use shower.

There were mouse droppings in one bed. Dirt and stains on another. Had we not paid $500 for the two rooms, we would have left. As it was, we slept on towels. Noone to mention this too, or ask for a refund. There was no one when we arrived at 5pm- just our keys taped to the door, and no one when we left. Totally insecure check in and out. Was absolutely shocking!

This motel has seen better days. Having said that, room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked like a champ and the price was right! There was no staff. I did not see a single employee during my entire stay in Paradise. This was not a problem for me.

Never saw staff. Key was on the door with my name on an envelope. Room was clean, AC worked very well. Deck could have been swept and could use some maintenance on the outside of the building. It looks like they are fixing things. Overall it was a great stay. I would go back 🙂

This place is like a little cabin in the woods. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had nice A/C! We slept great. There aren’t really any amenities but if you need a place to sleep and take a shower it serves its purpose. The person was easily reachable for help but he was not located on the property. There were weird neighbors that left trash outside on their front porch and Barbie doll parts on the roof so that could be cleaned up but otherwise it was fine. The room looked just like the photo! We had the cabin with the double queen beds.

This place was nothing like the pictures on the site. The rooms were small,, paint peeling off the wall, rusty pipes exposed, trap door in the floor near my bed. I left after 30 minutes and returned my key. They denied the refund. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Tiniest room i have ever been in / stayed in. It felt like I was locked in a closet somewhere. The bathroom was absolutely terrible. No water pressure what so ever took me like 25 min to just wash my hair. Nothing is near by or close enough to walk to... closest store would be like a 3 -4 mile hike one way. It was like ghost town too and I now know why. Deff a hotel i will never be using again.

Basic at best, as advertised: Roof/4walls/toilet/shower/comfy bed/mini frig/micro/sliver of bar soap/portable ac Negatives) no: shampoo, waste can, table/chairs, closet,ñ; only 1 nite stand table, super-low wall mounted bathroom mirror: had to crouch; were Seniors both on Cpap/only one outlet and 1 nite table, had to run our own extension across rear of bed to avail 2nd outlet due to 1st outlet used by micro/frig Pretty close to outdoor camping experience yet they charge $150+ Worth $75 at best, maybe Keep lookin

First of all I understand no frills but this was way way below those standards. The room had no garbage can or on the property. One pillow each, no night stand to even place my coffee on. The shower was disgusting. The TV was mounted way ro high on the wall to watch comfortably.

I would not stay here again. Bed was clean, but not firm enough. No bugs. Toilet and sink were clean but shower tile dirty, nasty floor. Not super clean. Damp, musty. Dirty fridge. Microwave, fridge only amenities. No coffee pot. Only bar soap. Clean towels but no way to get fresh ones. No phone number to call for service or communications. Apparently manager is only there 11-12pm. Quiet at night, but walls are thin. Traffic starts 5:30 am on busy highway right infront of motel.You decide. So so if you need cheap.

There were mouse droppings on the bathroom sink, and even though I took my food trash with me when I left for work, there was another dropping next to my toothbrush when I returned in the evening. I did not know I was booking a pet friendly cabin, and there was dog hair all over the comforters. Three windows were boarded up with plywood, and what I thought was my hand towel in the bathroom was actually being used as the curtain for that window. There was mold in the corner next to the bed, as well as an unidentified large brown stain behind the toilet. The shower was essentially a camper shower with a soft floor that felt like it might fall through, and brown staining at every seam. An outlet I was about to plug into was completely scorched. The deck sagged in places when I walked on it and I'm a small person. The deck furniture was rusted through on the legs. The good: close proximity to the racetrack, good hot water, great A/C, privacy, no odors other than an expected cabin-y smell. Wildlife could be observed due to the wooded setting. It rained heavily one of the nights and everything stayed dry. The front desk gentleman was polite and seemed to sense I didn't know what I'd signed up for. I toughed it out for 3 nights before my employer picked up my hotel and I had to walk away from the rest of my non-refundable pre-paid stay. Don't make my mistake - know what you're getting into ahead of time and you'll manage.

Convenient to the racetrack for the price and for being outside the immediate area. Small and dated rooms but serviceable for a quick trip for the races.

I stayed here with my sister as an alternative to staying in downtown Saratoga Springs and loved the price, and location. It's an easy 15-minute drive outside of Saratoga, and the cabin is knotty pine, comfortable, and simple. I'd stay here again for my next visit. The host checked in on us with a text asking if all was satisfactory - a nice touch.
