The staff were all so friendly! The Wednesday night dinner was fantastic. The morning continental breakfast was the best one I’ve had from a chain hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here for a few days with my partner while we visited the Casino which was a 4 min drive. Its a convenient location for food and the park. The hotel is very nice and quite. We had good customer service and the warm breakfast options was a welcoming perk. I was disappointed that we had to pay $10 per night for parking.

Everything was great, except the stainless steel refrigerator and microwave were smudged and not clean looking and the one day we were supposed to have the room cleaned and towels/amenities replenished, they didn’t show up and we had to call down for towels. Other than that, no complaints. We appreciated the full breakfast with lots of choices, the complimentary dinner at the Wednesday night social and the spacious room for the 3 of us. It was also centrally located to everything and especially, Downtown. We would definitely go back!

Breakfast was fresh and healthy, the pool was clean and the room had everything we needed, like an iron and a hairdryer. We had a room with a bent carpet, which made me stumble. I would fix that to avoid accidents in future.

Our experience was phenomenal. The staff at check in were extremely pleasant. Our room was very nice. On Wednesday evening there was a social event that included complementary food along with soda, beer and wine. This was buffet style and very delicious. The breakfast was amazing. The woman in charge of the complimentary breakfast did an extraordinary job in not only preparing the food but also continually refilling and maintaining a very clean environment. This hotel is within a 2 minute walk to Treehouse craft brewery which was the reason for our trip to Saratoga Springs. It is also a 20 minute drive to the Saratoga National Historical Park and the Saratoga National Cemetery I can't say enough good about our experience. I will definitely stay here again. Because of the this property I may make this an annual trip.

Everything was top notch from checking in to our room , pool , hot tub and breakfast in the morning. The staff outstanding. Will definitely be back.
