We were concerned about the mixed reviews they have but they are under new management and the place is very nice. Spacious, clean, cold AC, very nicely decorated, lots of towels, comfy beds and pillows, nice big TV’s, full kitchen with most things we needed, bathroom necessities. Unbeatable; location, free bikes, good coffee. Decent price and free parking. Better than I expected for a three star resort :)

Excellent, the room has everything, you don't need to bring anything. They even give you chairs and beach towels. The only thing is that the beach is about five minutes from the hotel, but you don't realize it because it is just one street and you are there, the best of all is that you are close to all the restaurants, you can leave your car at the hotel and walk and another thing, the beach is not crowded 👍

Room was clean upon entry, staff was very helpful with needs, addressed issues with parking from other travelers, fairly quickly. HOLY WATER PRESSURE!! The water pressure was immaculate and the room was spacious. Will stay here again.

The place was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. However, we did encounter a problem with the GM blaming us for a situation that was neither our fault or his, but he chose to handle the situation differently than we had expected. In the end we did get moved to different rooms and it was wonderful and all worked out.

Great location and the room was clean. Lots of little frustrations. Toilet paper holder was broken so the supplies were stacked on the counter. The shelf in the shower was broken and missing. Everything was on the floor. No place for soap or shampoo. Only one small waste paper can in the whole unit which was in the bathroom. Ice was not readily available and when it was they would only give us one tiny bag. Coffee was not replenished.

The property looks like it’s from an episode of Three’s Company, which is great! Pool area is nice. Our room was recently renovated. May be some lackluster renovation quality going on there, but that isn’t the fault of the property owner. They try to make up in other areas. I think the house keeping staff needs to be more responsive, but they are probably overworked. Overall a good place. You can do a lot worse. The location is excellent. They probably get things right the majority of the time. I give it 3 stars, which is much better than the average. I would stay here again.

I would definitely recommend these cottages for the following reasons: They have very clean rooms. You are steps away from the beach. The little downtown area where there’s a market a bunch of restaurants, coffee places everything you need is also steps away so the location is great! The only downside and maybe it’s because I booked through Expedia was the communication was difficult. There were forms that needed to be filled out that I wasn’t aware of until last-minute because I wasn’t getting the information I needed from the resort because I booked through a 3rd party and I had trouble getting ahold of the front desk a few times via phone and via message. Then there was a minor inconvenience with the fridge making a really loud blaring noise that would wake us up in the middle of the night other than that it was truly a beautiful stay and I was able to bring my pups with me. There is a $50 charge per night per dog so just be aware of that.
