Positives: Excellent staff that are extremely polite and helpful. Location is excellent with everything you need (beach, restaurants and stores) close by. Plenty of unique storage areas to house whatever you bring. Negatives: Steps to bedroom are downright scary, The handrail is to the inside instead of the outside, and very difficult to navigate. We left a night early to avoid using them. Internet is awful. TV disconnects every 10 minutes and is impossible to watch. Lots of small inexpensive items need replacing, especially the outside chair cushions, which were gross.

The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive.

We stayed in the green tiny home. It was the perfect size, had all the amenities needed for our stay. It was the perfect location, a quick 5 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. We walked next door to Geckos for dinner. We will definitely be coming back.
