Pros: Very close walk to the beach and great access. The property itself easy to find, convenient parking right in front of your room. the property itself outside was beautiful it had lovely foliage, hammock's, and the pool was heated with plenty of pool, toys, etc. for the kids. The rooms all had wagons and lawn chairs if you wanted to bring them to the beach, we stayed at the wild coffee with two adults and two older teenage boys. Property offered one bed and one pullout couch. (Per kids. Couch not comfortable). Space was very tight when the couch was out. Rooms were clean, check-in/out very easy. Cons: wild coffee was advertised to house four people. They were only two kitchen chairs. There is a patio outside with four chairs, but if raining or cold, unable to be used. The room itself was average, the walls were very sparse. There could’ve been a lot more artwork to give it that vacation bungalow vibe. The bathroom was average the shower curtain left water all over the floor, but minor. FYI: wild coffee does not have a stove, it is offer a burner, full-size fridge, and a microwave. There is a grill you can utilize.

We had a great vacation. The location of the property was outstanding. The staff was wonderful. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs. The room is spacious and clean, but needs a lot of work. The grout in the tile is loose. The doors are not square in the frame, making it hard to open and close them and everything just seems worn. For what we paid per week that room alone brings in over $10,000 a month. The owner should invest in new doors interior and exterior. New kitchen cabinets would not hurt either. They are pretty damaged. And washing the windows every once in a while would be nice. The property is super cute, has a wonderful staff and is in a perfect location. It just needs a little updating.
