The first room had no heat, with an outside temp at 45 deg. The refridge worked, but not the microwave. I was moved to a second room, where the heat worked. The microwave, in the second room worked but not the fridge. I accidently locked myself out of my room, and the office said they would send someone over. No one ever came.

worst place I've ever stayed, the carpet is old and has holes in it, I feel like I'm going to fall, the room stinks a lot, due to the dampness of the old carpet, the furniture is all broken and old, I'll never go back, and the price is very high for a poor quality place

The stay was ok. The air or refrigerator was not on when we got to the room. I understand about saving electricity but if you already know what room your guest will be in out of courtesy have those items on. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I didn't like the fact I had to put a deposit of 100 dollars down when that was not mentioned in my booking. Overall I would stay there again now that I know what to expect.

Lady at counter took long to check in and check out. They ask for $100 deposit and when checking out, they make you wait until they inspect room. Horrible attitude. Place is falling apart. I have pictures to prove my comments.

Bed and pillows were great ! Getting checked in was a mess ! Had to try 3 rooms before keys would work !!Charge of $ 20 to use charge card when it said a small fee would be charged not 1/5 th of my whole bill ! Plus $100 deposit / of course it was returned to me after they looked at my room upon check out ! Need a small lamp in room when overhead lights are turned out! Was very hot in there and took an hour to cool down room but then was ok !!

Where to start? I needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each. I got 2 rooms and 2 beds then they wanted to upcharge me to change. So the wifw and daughter slept in one roo. And my Brother slept in the other. I opted to sleep in my TRUCK. The rooms were dirty carpets not very clean,microwave had rust on the door there was large dust bunnies everywhere. People lookin down on you for being there didn't feel safe at all.

Tub was nasty whole in wall behind front door asked for xtra towels was told they were locked up and in available the 2 that where there where small and worn out so in short no shower slept in clothes

They only deal with customers in a night door vestibule, even during the day, through a bulletproof window. Cash deposit and credit card required. The room was the dirtiest I've ever seen, including on police shows. If you ask staff about anything, it's "no speak english". The beds aren't level, at least the bugs in the room were dead, the sink didn't drain, the room smelled like an ashtray, etc. The sheets were definitely clean, though.
