This was probably one of the cleanest resorts we have ever stayed in. The resort provides beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels for each guest and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. The property is located across the street from the beach but is surrounded by lots of entertainment. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We booked with Expedia which failed to mention the $10 per night parking fee which is the only bad thing I can say.

The room was great, comfortable, super clean. The bathroom shower was the BEST feature of the room. Cooler, beach chairs and towels available in the room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The Tiki restaurant food was yummy and the staff very helpful. The pool was the least of our preference.

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice rooms. Walking distance to the Village. The staff was very helpful. The beach was amazing and only had to walk maybe a block to the beach.

The location is very good and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. The room we had was adjacent to the pool and newly renovated. Being near the pool it was a little loud, but nothing crazy. The hotel provided two beach chairs, a small beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach wagon. Main Street Sarasota with dining, art galleries and boutiques was an easy 20 minute drive from the hotel.

A very nice and spacious condo. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received clean towels daily. The pool area is relaxing. The only negative is the ice machine is across the street. Not very convenient at all.

I really liked this place. The location was great. Staff were helpful. Pool is nice We had a 2 bedroom unit which appeared to be a full kitchen from the pictures. It was not. There was a fridge/ microwave/ a hot plate that took us a while to figure out. Other complaints it there were no locks on the bedroom doors or the bathrooms.

Great location, our room was a bunk room next to the bar and it was still great with the kids. Music goes off at 10pm so not late at all. Would def. Stay there again, beach entrance right across the street and you are walking distance to everything.
