The room was very clean and looked brand new. My kids loved the bunkbeds. The buy 1 get one free coupons from the front desk to the Big Tiki came in handy! Staff was readily available if we needed anything at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

The location was amazing! Close to the beach and village. They gave us endless bottles of water, pool towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a cart to take our stuff to the beach. Pool was awesome and room was comfy.

Fabulous place to stay! Owen and the office staff were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Hotel provides everything you need; beach chairs, towels, cooler, and wagon. Resort and rooms look just like they are shown on the website. We stayed in the pool area which was tranquil and quiet. Excellent location right near beach access. Would highly recommend and come back next tome we visit Siesta Key.

Came down for a quick girls trip and we loved the area! The beach amenities were nice, there are beach chairs available in the rooms. I do wish they had umbrellas available as well. It’s a short walk to the beach which we loved. The area is great! Lots of places to eat, shop, and live music everywhere! Would definitely stay here again

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is well kept and had everything we needed. The beach is right across the street and there were beach chairs available in the unit (no umbrella). The pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it. Great restaurants nearby too so the location is ideal.

We loved our stay! The rooms are newly remodeled and very spacious. Our shower was huge! They include beach chairs, coolers and wagons to carry your things for a beach day. The resort is right in the middle of everything and so easy to walk anywhere including the beach access right across the street. We will stay again for sure!

Resort was well kept. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our bathroom did have a flood due to bad piping/clog somewhere which required them to move us to another room. Kayla the manager did move us to another room and upgraded us to a suite which was nice. The suite was nice but the AC compressor did not kick in causing the AC not to fully work. Besides that, the hotel is in a great location and everyone was helpful when needed. I would definitely stay again!

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice rooms. Walking distance to the Village. The staff was very helpful. The beach was amazing and only had to walk maybe a block to the beach.

This was probably one of the cleanest resorts we have ever stayed in. The resort provides beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels for each guest and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. The property is located across the street from the beach but is surrounded by lots of entertainment. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We booked with Expedia which failed to mention the $10 per night parking fee which is the only bad thing I can say.

The room was great, comfortable, super clean. The bathroom shower was the BEST feature of the room. Cooler, beach chairs and towels available in the room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The Tiki restaurant food was yummy and the staff very helpful. The pool was the least of our preference.
