The location of this hotel is unbeatable. However, the place is very old. The apartment I stayed in needs a total renovation. There were a few things that could still be better. For example, the rooms should have had a suitably-sized TV or even a TV at all. There was no paper towel in the kitchen, nor were there dishwashing supplies. But the beach and the tranquility make it worthwhile to stay here. Despite everything, I really liked the place.

The cozy cottage is perfect for a quick beach getaway…ask for the units that are not part of the main ‘motel’ building…our unit met our needs but if you’re under the stairs you’ll hear neighbors arriving and departing. Everything you need is in the unit…it’s very homey and old time Florida appeal…

The scale and personality of the place reminds me of the simpler, less developed Longboat Key of my 1960's childhood. The unit and the grounds are pleasant, comfortable, and well-maintained. Beautiful, open view of the gulf, which feels like it is right outside your door.

Wonderful beach getaway place

Wonderful and absolutely everything we wanted and needed out of a beach getaway. Adorable beach bungalow was just breathtaking. Super clean. Super friendly. Super quaint. Super all the feels. We will definitely go back for more of Sea Club I.
