Rooms are nasty mold rust everywhere stinky,, I do check in around 5:pm leave the property, around 2:00 o'clock in the morning I come back to the place and my door keys doesn't work properly, guess what ?? they rent my room to another person they suck don't go that place

The room smelled like pot. Rust was all over the bathroom area (tub, sink and faucet. The knobs on the faucet were dis colored and look very dirty.

We arrived after 1am. We were given the wrong key to the wrong room. We after received a new key to another room, to apparently a none-smoking room. It reeked of cigarettes and weed. We after move to another room that was right beside the front desk. Around 2 am we could hear the front desk agent on the phone having a very load and aggressive conversation, that kept us awake. I was just about to go complain but the phone call stopped.

Nothing quite like the comfort of checking in with someone behind bullet proof glass. This is the type of shady motel that you see in movies. I booked 2 nights and stayed for less than 3 hours even knowing I wasn't going to get a dime back. I didn't feel safe the entire time I was there. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to connect to the Wifi out of fear of having my information stolen. I can't believe I gave them my credit card upon check in. I'll be spending the next few weeks checking said credit card for unapproved charges. I'd say it's the worst place I've ever stayed but I didn't really stay and instead spent the time finding somewhere else to go.

Other guest were loud until the early hours of the morning. Absolutely no noise control. The room was dirty and we were greeted by a dead roach. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I need to pay more attention to the star ratings.

Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!

The staff are incredible here. They go above and beyond for your needs there’s such limited parking around the room that I’m sometimes forced to park at the end of the parking lot. Also, you can be prepared to wake up abruptly from anyone outside. They slam their doors and the talking in general is somehow intensifying
