Been coming to Sarasota since I was little and usually stay with family. This trip I wanted a quiet spot to come and go without bothering anyone. This hotel is in a perfect location. The room was clean but old. Beds were comfortable enough. Good hot water in shower but they needed to descale the shower head or replace it. The towels were gray and stiff. Breakfast was standard free hotel breakfast far but coffee from a machine and coffee mate were subpar for a morning wake up! Luckily there is a Starbucks and a Dunkin within walking distance
