We enjoyed our stay at the Golden resort. There’s a great little tiki bar and restaurant on site. Sandy at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The pool area was great for the kids. The Tiki hut next door made for some good times. The rooms were clean and all in all it was pretty quiet. Nice place for a quick get away this weekend. Definitely will be back.

Very unique Hotel. They say they are slowly updating... when that is done, this will definitely be a gem. Helpful staff. I had an extremely late check in due to flight delays, and the staff took care of me with no issues.

The location of our room was perfect. Be clean and decor was perfect. I loved the colors of the fridge and microwave. The pool area was very nice and at night was beautiful. The room 204 on the back side of the room it says 206 and the 206 has 204 on the back side as well. But this will be our forever stay whenever we are in Sarasota.

Let me say up front that I wasn't expecting much from an economy hotel in Northern Sarasota. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. It had a slight patina of age, but it looked recently updated. The pool was really nice and the Tiki bar was fun and had excellent drinks and friendly bartenders.

We've stayed there 3 times in the last month. Just a fun lil getaway and you can't beat the price. Tiki bar is awesome. Was there for a karaoke night and drag bingo. So much fun!! Great happy hour cocktails and prices. Balcony, no balcony. Every room we got we weren't disappointed. Probably go back in a week or two again.

Old Florida style motel property. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Adjacent tiki bar was a good time. Great place to unwind after a hot summer day. Live music on Friday night was nice addition. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable for a great price!
