The place is definitely under renovation. Saw some upgrades which would be better if a room could be completed in it's entirety first. Very dirty and the shower stone edge smashed my wife's foot. Not mine because I heard her say ouch. It defnitely didn't tickle. The location to the beach with the price was our main reason for booking. Never again though.

Not happy at all! Missing amenities. Worst RM ever
Not real happy with the room they gave me.. it's pretty basic for being a king RM.. compared to the king RM I got last time I was here, just a couple weeks ago..it's a totally different RM set up.. no coffee maker ,no hair drier, other king RM had a fold out couch. This one has a lousy one person love seat. That looks about 20 yrs old ,the bathroom floor gets soaking wet after a shower, not real happy about the room at all..there was a half roll of toilet l paper left in the bathroom..I shoulda got a way better room then this..if you get a king room make sure you don't get room 239..not worth it..

Front desk personnel were welcoming and very attentive. House keeping was always prompt and did a great job.
NEVER EVER GO HERE! You’re better off on the sidewalk. Seriously, disgusting rooms. The walls, the ceiling, everything you can think off had damages and unbelievable dirtiness. The staff are terrible as well, they don’t even think about helping you. Bulldoze this building and restart
Never stay here and they scammed me. Pool was closed and they didn’t serve breakfast after they advertise that that was part of the amenities horrible place.
The rooms needs an update, the curtains are old, the smell in the room was a bit strong like old clothes, we just stayed here for convenience, not by choice. It’s a 3 for me
I got an allergic reaction from placing my arm in the desk and my skin got very itchy, the couch was dirty and discolored, and my sink had cracks in it.
Worst hotel experience ever. We were looking for a basic, clean, no frills hotel within a 20 min drive to the beach. We thought this hotel would be ok for the price of $131 per night, but it was severely misrepresented online. There is a major roach infestation. We traveled from Ohio, and ended up leaving 2 days early (in the middle of the night) and leaving a lot of things behind to avoid bringing any of their pests back to our home. A roach crawled on my daughters bed the 1st night after we got back from golfing. We saw a few others during the night and killed them. I barely slept that night. We called their 24/7 front desk and got no answer. The next morning the head of housekeeping examined the room and they agreed to “treat” the room while we were at the beach that day, but would not offer another room or refund. There was no evidence of the treatment being done and we continued to see bugs so we had to leave early and are still trying to get refunded for the days we couldn’t not stay. We have asked both Wyndham and Expedia to assist with our refund and drop future advertisements for this location.
The swimming pool is so dirty and cloudy you can not see the bottom. The parking lots were full of folks (many who live there) drinking and smoking weed every night. The water does not get hot, or even warm.
Worst vacation experience ever. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I hope to prevent other mothers/ families from experiencing this mess.

Lobby was closed due to C-19. Very dark! Gave off sense of dirtiness!
Drapes weren’t on hooks so light into room day and night. I stayed two nights in two separate visits in last month (4 nts total). First time light bulb between beds blew up when turned on. 2nd visit, no bulbs in any of four lamps!!
Nice pool.... You get what you paid for.... Room had a musty smell but clean... Shady people hang out next door and loud music in the middle of the night.... Night check in lady very nice
