This is a special place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom house with a washer and dryer and a Garage! It is so clean and has everything you need! Beautiful pool and barbecue area! Very close to the beach ⛱️. Loved it!

I loved this place!! I’ve lived for al ost 10 years in Nokomis, passed it a million times and never knew it was such a gem!! Room was impeccably clean, all the amenities we needed, and such a convenient location. It was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but the staff was personable, attentive and kind. Absolutely loved my stay here and i most certainly will be back again! We enjoyed our stay at Addy's Villas and really appreciated the great service! Michael, Charles, and the staff really take good care of the grounds and villas! It is located near the Pinellas bike trail and a great park is nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores in the area are very good and we had a great stay!
