We enjoyed this hotel before the height of the tourist season, and got a great deal on a beautiful room. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed during some chilly, rainy weather. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to all that Saranac Lake has to offer.

Great property. Very clean. Helpful staff. Cons - we were traveling with a dog. Asked about dog-friendly restaurants. Staff not helpful. Sent us to two restaurants that were not dog friendly. Maybe create an up-to-date list of dog friendly restaurants. River Trail Beer works was great! Very accommodating. Pesticides were sprayed on property without prior communication. Not a great idea when you are traveling with a dog. A separate area should have been mainlined without the pesticide for dog. Thanks.

Beautiful location, spacious room and relaxing atmosphere! It’s walking distance to the small town’s Main Street, with many local shops and eateries. My sister and I enjoyed a lovely girl’s night and appreciated the noon check out time! The only odd point to me was the TV in our room - I tried and failed to cast from my device to the tv, following multiple different options in the TV instructions. After failing every attempt, I called the front desk, who told me they “do not allow casting”. It just seemed odd, not to mention frustrating. Not a deal breaker, but the TV experience did not match the rest of the hotel’s standards.
