Excellent stay and the breakfast was great. Bedd very comfortable. Just note that you cannot adjust the bedroom thermostat yourself. You must ask the front desk to change the AC temperature.

An oase in the middle of nowhere

Very spacious room and bathroom. Amazing view from rotating top restaurant on 15th floor. Popular bus groups from all over the world making a Balkan tour. Hotel is top but far from everything.

Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money.

All staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Hotel is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants, highways. Brilliant and fantastic

Really great hotel supported by friendly staff. I would like to thank Denis Memic and his staff for making both my friends and myself some late dinner which I had not planned in advance. He actually made it for us at very short notice and was very accommodating. The hotel is located close to the airport and is well positioned to visit the old town centre.

Our rooms were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that, although the complimentary breakfast was amazing, some of the servers had attitude issues. I do not blame them. There was a rush of people who dined in for breakfast, but their attitude and demeanor as they worked on the buffet table affected the mood of the venue. We overlooked it, but Customer Service is key to having a top notch Hotel. The front desk personnel were exceptional. Excellent!
