The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful during my trip. The rooms are probably the cleanest hotel room I have seen in a while. The room was a little small for me but the location is excellent.

Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was inconvenient. For consideration, there are no elevators as it is a heritage building, so if you have mobility issues or struggle with stairs then reconsider. Staff is only there for 12 hours vs. 24/7. If it weren't for the water situation, I'd have given this a perfect rating. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would recommend it.

Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and in person. They upgraded me to a room with terrace which was great. This is a quaint boutique hotel with an amazing location right across Old Town and the Latin Bridge. It is clean and comfortable, with just 10 rooms. Breakfast is included and good enough with main things one would need. Only thing to note is there is no staff/security after 10pm but it was fine because the door is locked and only guests can enter. I would definitely recommend to stay here and will stay here when I return.

This hotel has a great location near the Latin Bridge and Baščaršija. Also, the workers are very friendly and helpful. We arranged to be picked up from the airport by a hotel employee as we arrived quite late at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
