The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just a stone’s throw away from the historic old town. It’s a modern and convenient establishment that offers a delightful breakfast, particularly the eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

This was our first stop in Bosnia, and we had a wonderful experience. Aladdin was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and made the check-in process quick and easy. The Old Town is only about a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient. We decided to check out one day earlier than planned because we wanted to visit Mostar, and they made the change very easy for us. Aladdin is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I 100% recommend staying here!

Quiet and clean room near the Bascarsija. Recently refurbished or renovated. Good breakfast. On the downside the bathroom was a bit small and the beds were a bit too hard.

Nice small hotel. Modern with all necessary stuff. Small but cozy rooms. All hotel staff was very nice, kind, and helpful. Clean and new. Great Bosnian breakfast. Easy few minutes easy walk to the famous "Sebilj" fountain and the old city "bascarsija". However, noisy street traffic and other guests sometimes late into night.

We had a wonderful stay at Ornament Hotels & Apartments in Sarajevo and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it had two bathrooms, which was a great bonus! The balcony area was one of our favourite parts of the stay, offering a beautiful view and the perfect place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was delicious. Although it was a smaller selection, it still had everything you could want to start the day. The room was also well equipped with a fridge, freezer and cooker, making it easy to store food or prepare meals if needed. The only improvement I would suggest is fixing the room safe, as ours wasn’t working during our entire stay. However, the reception team kindly offered to keep our important documents secure in their own safe, which we really appreciated. It would also be a nice touch if complimentary bottled water was provided to keep in the fridge. The hotel also arranged airport transfers for us at €25 each way, which we found to be very reasonable and convenient. The location is excellent too only a 3-minute walk to the Old Town and around a 10-minute walk to the Yellow Fortress, where the views are absolutely incredible. A huge thank you to the entire team for all of your hard work and hospitality. You made our stay even more enjoyable, we hope to return soon!

Moved to this hotel from another part of town. Clean and neat. Need to be able to. At luggage up a steep hill. No 24 hour staff. Could easily be locked out.

Friendly Service, Pleasant Stay

It was really interesting as Google Maps took us to the back entrance. It felt like this little hole-in-the-wall hotel. When we went inside it was beautiful. It was clean. The front desk person had all our cards ready. The room was simple and comfortable. The breakfast was also simple yet delicious. As we came and went for the couple days we were there, Tarek was there to greet us or help us with directions. He was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we were on the right road to get to our destination, as Google Maps was notorious for taking the worst route to get places in this area. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
