I have been to many places around the world but I don’t think I’ve met friendlier staff than this before. Helpful and kind! The hotel is located very central and the room was very clean and good!

I’d stay here again.

Nice stay in the heart of Old Town. Great experience in Sarajevo and at the hotel. Good breakfast. I recommend for those who like ‘in city’ and typical Euro ‘smaller accommodations’.

Very good old town option

Incredible location, heart of old city, good shower and brakfast. Adnan at reception desk was very kind and helpfull. The only thing to observe was the matress, not so good for my back

Nice hotel in the old town

Great location…at old town. Lots of happening at the hotel surrounding…restaurant, shops, money changer, mosques, museums…many more. Comfy bed, strong wifi, clean room & good breakfast buffet spread. Front desk staff, Elma is very friendly & advised me the best places to eat in the old town. Truly enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

Fantastically located - right in the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful - arranged my transport back to the airport for me. Good breakfast and plenty of dining options nearby. Room was also pleasant.
