The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though.

A 5 star hotel nostalgia.

I loved this hotel. Please disregard my previous comment about the AC that actually works 100%. Great location and feels like a 5 star hotel. Very close to the train station that currently is closed due to renovations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Sarajevo.

The reception staff were good. The maids entered without knocking while we were in the room and tried to another time as well. When we went to breakfast they saw us go out of the room and immediately started toward the room. We had to tell them we would be back after breakfast to get them to wait. This was our last morning and it was well before checkout time. The location was great and this hotel has potential but they have some things to work on.

The hotel is very old, in a 1970 time warp. But its clean. Good price. Excellent value for money. Some people maybe put off by its age. But it is what it is. Near the bus/ train station. But about 2 km from the old town and sites.

Bedbugs in my room. They Changed our rooms but whole building was old and run down. Convenient local for bus station was why I chose this spot and that was on point. Really good breakfast though.

Very nice lady on reception check us quickly and advises to take breakfast with us in the morning because we are leaving very early. Also, she tell us that they will call taxi in the morning for us! Airport is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel cost 25KM
