Grosseria e pouco caso

Foi terrível. O lugar é longe da praia e a piscina é pequena. Não parece o mesmo espaço das fotos. O café da manhã oferecido foi pequeno, industrializado e sem opções. Fomos extremamente mal tratados pelo gerente, Gustavo. A estadia, previamente acordada para casal, com o nome do quarto que remetia à núpcias não permitiu que a maquiadora, fotógrafo e cerimonialista entrassem. Não só não permitiu, foi extremamente grosseiro ao fazer a recusa. Muito desagradável mesmo.

Precisando de adequacoes e melhorias urgente

A pousada nao dispoe de camareira e servico de quarto. Achei a poisada inflexivel para negociacoes e estabelece muitos criterios para checkin e checkot. A taxa de permanencia de pets é carissima e nao oferece nenhum espaco para pets e tivemos que tomar cafe com o pet amarrado na cadeira pois tinha espaco para pets. O gerente fazia todo servico na cozinha e tambem na recepcao trazendo desconforto aos hospedes.

Atendi excelente

Hotel novo. Tudo de muito bom gosto. Atendimento excelente. Todos muito atenciosos. Tivemos que sair cedo para um compromisso e deram um jeito de servir café da manhã para gente antes do horário. Comidq deliciosa. Tudo que pedimos veio saboroso e com excelente apresentação. Minha única sugestão é ter luz de emergência nas escadas para os quartos luxos e nas áreas comuns e gerador, pois faltou luz em razão da chuva, e para subir as escadas tivemos que usar a lamterna do celular para não correr risco de cair. Quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção veja antes com hotel, pois há uma pequena escada para acessar as suítes luxo.
