The room was spacious and very clean.team was very professional. There was a washing machine in the room and also in the 1sr floor. The hotel is far from the city, you have 2 buses line . But I think the best is to have a car.

新しいホテルで枕元にUSBとタイプCで中で充電できたりと便利でした。ドアの開閉が壁ギリギリで出入りが少し狭かった。開閉部に服かけがあるがダウンジャケットははみ出てドアで挟んでしまうので使えなかった。 キッチン付きの部屋だったのでフロントに調理器具を借りにいきましたが、何を借りたいか聞かれたが、何を借りることができるのかわからないので困った。借りることができる備品リストが部屋にあれば良いと思った。結局これでいいですかと、電磁調理器とフライパンと洗剤が入ったケースを借りたが、スポンジが無いので不便だった。 調光ができるシーリングが良かった。ユニットバスとの段差が少ないのが良かった。 朝食には８時にいき、和洋バランス良くあって良かったのだが、残念だったのが食後にケーキとプリンを食べたかったのだが、８時半にはどちらも無く、ポップも撤去されていた。９時ラストオーダー９時半閉店なのに８時半の時点でお客さんもけっこういたのに補充されないのはどうしてだろうか。あるテーブルのお客がスタッフに相談したようで、ミニケーキを個別で提供していた。スタッフが調理の方に相談して、「チーズケーキなら出せる」とやり時が聞こえていたので残念な思いをした。子どもが食べたかったが言い出しづらく、けっきょくモヤモヤした思いで退店した。

部屋はまだ新しくとてもきれいで、ソファもあるし電子レンジに洗濯機まで部屋にあってとても快適。広さもちょうどいい。大浴場もにごり湯でゆっくりできて浴後のアイスもあって、ビジネスホテルとしてはレベル高い。 フロントの方も親切でした。 欲を言えば、乾燥してるのでアメニティにクリームがあると良かった。

札幌市内スノーマンライブなどの為混み合っていたためこちらを利用させていただきました。車移動なので北広島アウトレットからのコストコ買い出しなので便利でした、オープンして間もないので部屋も大浴場も綺麗！ 女性にもサウナがあればもっと良いです 車で10分位の所のイオンでアワビの半額など食材を仕込んでお部屋で食事しました びっくりしたのがキッチンセットの貸し出しに鍋や包丁、IHのこんろまでついていました 冷蔵庫も充分で洗濯機も洗剤までついていました。　 また機会があれば是非利用したいです 朝食も良かったです。
