I stayed with my Japanese mother for two nights in June. We stayed at a different hotel near the Sapporo station for four nights then moved here for strolling the Tanuki koji and Susukino. It is a perfect location for eating and drinking lol. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer towards the end of our travel. All staff were professional and very friendly at the same time. I will come back here for February! Thank you all!!

Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself. The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.
