部屋やトイレがとても綺麗で使いやすかった。また、ラウンジに遊ぶものがたすうあり、ラウンジでゆっくりするのもよかった。また札幌に来た時はぜひ利用したい。

I’d stay at the Stay again!

The Stay was in a good location in the city, especially for watching the snow festival. The breakfast is pretty good and reasonable for ¥500

客室、フリースペース共に掃除が行き届いていて、快適でした。コンセントの下に小さな棚があるので、スマホを置けて良かったです。ハンガーの他にフックが有ると便利かなと思いました。ただ、共用のシャワールームが髪の毛だらけだったので、宿泊者が掃除出来るよう、クイックルワイパーのような物を置いて欲しいです。

快適に滞在できます

女性用ドミトリーに4泊しました。ベットの広さは十分で、寝心地もよかったです。各ドミトリー内に高さ３０ｃｍくらいのロッカーが割り当てられます。スーツケースなどを自分のベットわきに置くことも可能です。またワイヤーキーを貸してくれるので、フロント前にスキーなどを置くことも可能です。１階の共同スペースが２４時間利用可能なので、朝早い出発の場合でも自分で朝食を用意できます。冷蔵庫は冷凍庫付き、調理器具もひととおりそろっていました。

必要なものはすべて揃った心地よい場

すすき野から徒歩圏内。大通り公園や狸小路通りから近く、飲食＆ショッピングに便利。設備が新しく掃除が行き届き、清潔。自炊に便利なキッチンにはハラール専用冷蔵庫有り。

急なお願いにもご対応頂き、スタッフのサービスにありがたく感じました。ただ、和室のベッドマットが薄かったので腰や背中に負担があり、もう少し厚いかマットの上に敷きパッドなどがあると更に良かったです。でも施設全体的に新しく清潔で素晴らしかったです。

良かったです！この値段でお部屋の雰囲気も和の暖かい感じがよく出ててフロントのスタッフさんが日本の方じゃないような気がしましたが、日本語も上手で一生懸命さが伝わってきました！格安で素泊まりだとまたリピしたいです。ありがとうございました！

宿の方で、部屋取りを誤ったため個室に変更してくれたが、1日千円の追加を要求され、okした。5泊6日の間、敷布、カバーの交換は1回もなし。部屋の清掃、ごみの回収もなかった。（それを要求する方法の明示も無かった）。バス・トイレは部屋にあったがタオル等はあったが、交換は無し。バス清掃もなく、しり洗浄の水も出なかった。
