It is a bit of walk from the main station but the price makes up for it. The room was clean and amenities were great. We stayed with young kids but if it was for adults, the distance to the station would not have been an issue. Overall, satisfied and would recommend.

Convenient, quiet location close to the train station and has a rental car shop right in front. Three stars only because of the extremely hard beds, thin mattresses and thin pillows making sleep very uncomfortable. Same goes for the sofa. If the hosts improves on that matter the place will become a 5/5 stay.

Nice experience

It was great experiece for us during staying. Close to Sapporo station and odori, only 10 mins to walk. Family mart and Seven Eleven are just 1 min walk. Room is not quite big, recommend for 3 or 4 people with children.

좋은점도 나쁜점도

깨끗하고 조용한 숙소이며, 삿포로역이나 티비타워에서 멀지않아 좋습니다. 삿포로팩토리, 삿포로비어뮤지엄도 충분히 걸어서 갈 수 있는 로케이션입니다. 무거운 가방으로 움직이기에는 삿포로역이 좀 멀기때문에 근처 ANA크라운호텔에서 공항버스를 이용했습니다. 번화가에서 늦게까지 술을 드실 분들은, 밤늦게 걸어오기 힘들거라 예상됩니다. 중앙버스터미널을 포함 버스정류장도 도보권내에 있어서 편합니다, 다만 운행수가 적어서 기다리느니 걷는것이 나은 분들은, 오오도오리 역근처나, 타누키코지 근처에 묶는것이 좋을 것입니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 건물이라고 써있었지만 엘리베이터가 있었습니다. 처음 숙소에 들어갔을 때, 나쁜 냄새가 심해서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 준비해주신 사용물품박스안에 탈취스프레이가 있어서 뿌려놓고, 외출했다가 돌아왔지만, 화장실과 세면대의 하수구에서 역류하는 냄새는 없앨 수가 없었습니다. 숙소 오너에게 연락했지만, 청소업체에 원인을 문의중이다라는 연락외에는 답변도 없었고, 해결해 주지도 않았습니다.냄새에 민감한 분이라면, 추천하지 않습니다. 매뉴얼에는 쓰레기를 방안에 두라고, 이메일 안내에는 엔트렌스 안에 두라고 써있어서, 체크아웃을 위해 쓰레기를 어디에 두는지 2일에 걸쳐서 2번이나 연락했지만 답변은 못 받았습니다. 사용물품을 꼼꼼히 챙겨서 박스에 포장해 주었지만, 조미료가 없어서 음식을 할 수 없었습니다. 식용유와 소금만 있어도 간단한 음식이 가능한데, 아무것도 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 샴푸, 린스, 바디클렌저 모두 너무 묽고 거품이 나지 않습니다. 본인이 원하는 제품을 가져갈 것을 추천합니다. 욕실은 24시간 환기로 수건도 잘 마릅니다. 난방도 가능한 에어컨과 등유스토브가 있어서, 금세 방을 따뜻하게 데울 수 있었고, 빨래도 잘 말라서 좋았습니다. 더블침대와 싱글침대가 들어있는 방을 골랐지만, 방안에 침대외의 공간이 너무 부족해 걸어다닐 수가 었었고, 베란다쪽 창문이나 커튼개폐시에는, 침대위로 올라가야했습니다. 사진에는 새집처럼 보이지만, 카페트와 쇼파에는 미처 지우지못한 얼룩들이 있었습니다. 개인적인 의견이지만, 숙소사진을 보며 너무 기대하고 상상하지 않는다면 크게 실망하지 않고 잘 지낼 수 있다고 생각합니다.

家族3人で4泊、201号室 ・必要十分な広さ ・ロングステイには最適 ・札幌や大通から徒歩圏内だが、いろいろ回るにはちょっと遠いけど、タクシーやレンタカー活用するなら問題無し ・清潔だし雰囲気もいい ・アメニティは不足気味、4泊あったのでいつものものを買って補充 ・ベッドは柔らかすぎ、特にソファベッド ・風呂は狭い ・廊下と玄関は少し臭い ・チェックインと入室方法は分かりにくい ・チェックイン、チェックアウトともに当日朝まで通知が来なくて焦った

子供の大学受験で遠方からの参加のため利用しました。雪の交通機関への影響も鑑みて数日滞在することを考えていましたが、ホテルだと食事がすべて外食になるので、自炊ができるこちらを希望しました。室内も綺麗で、アットホームな雰囲気でリラックスできました。ベッドも二人あるのもポイントで、勉強できる机があることも、こちらを選んだ理由でした。食事面では、色々揃っているので、不便はありませんでしたが、日本人的には炊飯器があるとありがたく、また熱いお味噌汁などを入れる木の器があると持つ時に熱くなくて助かるなというところです。 入館、退出もスムーズにいき、一つ困り事があってお電話しましたが、丁寧にご対応いただきました。またあらためて翌月にも利用する予定で、仕事の札幌滞在などでも使えるかなと考えています。

小さい子ども連れには、キッチンや洗濯機付きのお部屋は大変助かりました。駅から徒歩10分以内と近く、便利でした。 ただ、チェックイン時の対応や、部屋への出入りの方法など説明が不十分で分かりにくかったです。対応したスタッフに全く笑顔がなく、長旅で疲れた所にあの対応は…宿泊を決めるために電話で質問したときに対応して下さった方がちても親切だっただけに対応が違いすぎてがっかりでした。 宿泊自体はとても快適で、便利でした。
