The rooms were big. Staff was very helpful. Lots of washers and dryers so no waiting. What stood out was the food. Kids loved it and us adults enjoyed the selection of things to try. Location was very close to a park for the kids to play and easy to get around.

Staffs was nice and able to speak English. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including dining utensils and even a massage chair. The bathroom was large, and the bedding and blankets were clean and comfortable. The accommodation is not too far from the station, though it’s not a major station. There are two Lawson convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. It’s just a bit of a longer walk from the Susukino area.

Hotel was old and needed to be remodeled. Lots of outdated furniture. Pillow really flat. Doesn’t seem like a luxury hotel as it states it was one. One positive note was the laundry facility. More than 2 machines which helps. Over all disappointing in my experience and will not return.
