Cleaning up requests wasn't quite at par with expectations of a 4-star Japanese hotel. Dust accumulation under the bed and bedside tables were surprising - as if the room wasn't vacuumed for years. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable dakedo dusty, and gave me a runny nose.
Overall, we had a great time and the staff were all too happy to help us out. Our initial room had a water leak and they moved us to a bigger room for safety reasons (slip trip and fall).
Breakfast buffet was quite good to start off the day exploring Sapporo. Would definitely be back (hopefully for a better rate ahaha). Mata ne!

It was good for the price point. I really liked the surrounding area as there was a park, and aubway was close.
It was amazing. Great location with walking distance to most things. The hotel staff was as friendly as all Japanese are and everything was in top notch condition.
The hotel is situated in the center so very convenient for shopping. Staff are very friendly and I liked the lounge for guest only with complementary sweets and drinks. Overall, value for money 🤗
The hotel is great and the breakfast a must try, so many yummy options.
If the hotel parking lot is full there is plenty of pay options close by, and to be honest is cheaper to park on the public parking lot then the hotel. Hotel charges 2000 yen and the public one is 1800 yen for 24h.
This is the perfect hotel for city walkers. Conveniently located in the middle of central Sapporo with lots of things to do. Right outside of susukino district, the Sapporo station and Odori Park. Highly recommend for those looking for the hustle and bustle of city life!
A nice stay in this property for our first time in Sapporo. Odori Park is right across the road and it was magical in the winter snow. The room was of a good size, though the property seem a bit on the old side. Staff were less friendly compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this long winter holiday trip. Not rude but more… clinical.
Easy access to subway and buses, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall not too bad of a stay.
Property is very well maintained and located right on the park with a great view on all sides. Front desk is staffed 24 hours and was extremely friendly. It's a short walk to the Odori train station and a slightly longer walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife (Ramen Alley). Far enough away that it's quiet but close enough that no taxi was needed although we did taxi from Sapporo station to the hotel with luggage. It's right on the bus loop for access to the Ropeway. Lawsons and 7-11 on either side within a block.
Check in at the hotel was fast and easy, but we had more welcoming check in experience at another hotel where staff taking the time to tell us more about the hotel and services. This is NOT to say we felt unwelcome at the hotel. The room we stayed in was old, but spacious, well maintained, and very clean. We loved the small table and chairs in front of the window where we could see the mountains in the background. The hotel provided new sets of towels everyday even if room cleaning service was not requested, which was nice because we had the choice to have new towels daily or not. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the entrance to the underground streets, which we found convenient. There was a Marumi coffee shop next door that opened at 8am on the weekdays that we loved to visit in the morning since most of the shops opened at 10 or 11am. Overall, we love our stay at the hotel and we would come back if we visit Sapporo in the future.
