Convenient location

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel in Sapporo. I used this hotel for different locations in Japan. It's a decent room. I will definitely use this location again.

After COVID still rocks

This is my second time to stay with Richmond Sapporo Ekimae, amazingly they do satisfied my needs during family trip. Moreover, they even check with your vehicle qualification for parking service in advanced without any incident happen upon arrival. Even the front office intern whom did a superb hospitality for introducing hotel service, simply lovely and for sure will be back for another stay.

The breakfast was great. You get to choose from 7 menus, of which 2 that I had were Japanese style full breakfast, and salmon rice bowl. Both of them were very satisfying. I'd visit here again for their breakfast.

great view out the window. very comfortable stay and convenient location (once you find the correct subway exit: less than 2min walk from exit 21 at Sapporo station on the Toho line). a spacious room and toilet, and delicious dripbag coffee. heating indoors was kinda overpowered.
