It was a great location! Very very close to Sapporo Station. I received an email prior to my arrival with pre-check-in instructions that made the actual check-in easy and quick. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on in Japan. Definitely would stay here again.

Over all 2 days stay for queen room was satisfactory, LAWSON is just downstairs and JR Sapporo station is in 5 minutes walking distance. Only one shortcoming is that the bathroom is quite small, if you are tall or a bit chubby you need to consider it.

雪まつりシーズンだったので料金高めは仕方ないが、4連泊なのに掃除は有料、受付に備え付けのアメニティ類はいつも空に近い状態、洗濯乾燥機のファンにはホコリがたまり、家具やベットの後ろには前の客の落とし物やホコリのかたまりもあり非常に不潔。空気清浄機も作動しませんでした。 寝るだけで予約したので狭さは気になりませんが、掃除はしっかりしてください。 立地はいいとおもいます。
