いろいろ素晴らしいのですが、唯一コインランドリーの洗濯機が3機しかないのは、待ち時間があまりにもありすぎるのと、2Fにしかないので低層階の人達が有利になるので、せめて高層階にも設置して欲しいと思います。欲を言えば3箇所、9機くらいは欲しいです。出会った方皆さん困ってました。

研修中の方以外全体的に不親切なのと性格の悪さが出ている。電話対応中の相手とのやり取りも内容はわからないが関係ない私が嫌な気分になる明らかに面倒くさい冷たい対応だった、綺麗なホテルだけに残念ですがもう泊まらないと思う。
