The room was very comfortable. A very comfortable bed with nice soft cotton sheets and a heavy cotton comforter. The jacuzzi tub was a great touch with unique features. The television was a smart tv so we could connect to Amazon and the kitchen was also helpful to have.

We have an outstanding experience here. The apartments are well furnished and were comfortable and clean. It’s very walkable as well. Just short distances on foot to the main arcade areas and if you don’t want to walk, there’s a tram stop nearby. There’s also plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby so you can make good use of the kitchen. Would stay in again.

Conveniently located in the Susikino area close to transport and walking distance to many sights and restaurants. We got there early and left the luggage with the front counter; when we got back at 1500 for check in, they had delivered the luggage to our room. Room was enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Would recommend for its value.

Right off the bat, the staff was very helpful in setting us up for success and making the check-in as easy as possible. The room was enormous, very modern, and felt luxurious to stay in. The views were spectacular and the location was a great jumping off point for just about anything we wanted to do in Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 3 nights, but there’s no cleaning service. It was a little uncomfortable, but it’s eco friendly instead. I was touched with the preparation for celebrating my father’s 70th birthday. He was also very happy with that! Thank you so much. Also, it was also very good to help us to make reservation of the restaurants. Thank you again!!

Very decent hotel. A bit far from the train station and similar to many other hotels staff is a minimum but no complaints.
