Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use. We purchased a cooking pot at the AEON shop at the Wing Bay. The only thing to complain maybe the Japanese style bed mattress (there are two normal beds which are fine). The mattress are as thin as the beef slides for shabushabu. You can’t get a proper rest with that.

快適な宿泊施設

４階の花月を利用させていただきました。明るいお部屋で、清潔感あり冷蔵庫も大きく飲み物や食べ物の保管もしやすかったです。トイレも２つあり、10人で宿泊しましたが快適でした。ソファーベットは和室よりも寝やすかったです。キッチンの水道が暫く使われていなかったのか、はじめ茶色の水でした。しばらく流しててやっと戻りました。あとはWi-Fiも有るし、延長コードも準備され、一泊ではもったいなかったです。小樽運河迄も歩いて行けるので立地も良いです。忘れ物して帰ってきてしまいましたが、後日連絡すると丁寧な対応していただきました。また宿泊したいです。

雑居ビルのようや外観とは裏腹に、とっても綺麗な室内。玄関から部屋に入るなり、「キレイ！」「広い！」という子どもたちの歓声が響きました。赤ちゃん連れにとっても嬉しい限りでした。 廊下が長く、夜の冷え込みが気になりましたが、廊下から洗面所にかけて３機のヒーターがあり、滞在中ずっと、寒い思いをすることなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 アメニティはシャンプーやハンドソープはもちろんですが、洗濯洗剤や台所潜在的があるおかげでさらに快適。家内は「旅行から帰って最も憂鬱になる洗濯が滞在中にできるのが大きい」と、みーんな満足の施設でした。 朝食も近くにあるたくさんの美味しいパン屋から仕入れたパンと、スーパーから仕入れたミルクや卵、ハム、カット野菜などで十分！次はジジ、ババも連れて、三世代で利用したくなる施設でした！

部屋は清潔でで使いやすかったです。 しかし、キッチン設備があるのにフライパンはなく、お鍋も8リットル用くらいの鍋のみ。 しかも、ポットは壊れて使えませんでした。 大きい鍋でお茶用のお湯を沸かしましたが、早めに改善はした方がいいと思います。 せめて26センチのフライパンか16〜18センチの鍋を用意しておく方がいいかと思います。 他は良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

広くて快適！

最初はチェックインに不安がありましたが、時間帯をお伝えしておき、メールもいただき不安は減りました。実際、簡単にチェックインできホッとしました。スタッフの方がいらした感じでしたが、お声を掛けて下されば、もっと安心出来たのかもしれません。 部屋は本当に綺麗で快適でした。連泊したくなるくらい。 泊まれる人数の割に鏡が少なく、朝の支度で、洗面台の取り合いでした。でも、トイレは2つあり、困りませんでした。 後は何も不便する事なく過ごせました。 ランドリーもあり、物干しも備わっていたので、夜洗濯して朝持って帰れます。洗剤もありました。細かい所まで気遣って頂いてありがとうございます。
