Beautiful hotel and staff were super friendly. About a 15 minute walk to Sapporo station, and conveniently located to the main attractions and close walk to Odori Park. The food was incredible and enjoyed the breakfast set and ala carte dinner menu. Highly recommend the hotel!! We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The onsen was small but it was very relaxing. they have outdoor/indoor onsen and dry sauna. The building is quite far away from main attraction (far awas is more like 10 minutes walking but it adds up, especially with children and elderly). Such a lovely, convenient, elegant and luxurious (+ excellent value for money) hotel. An easy walk from the train station/underground, even in cold weather. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) with space for our luggage and also a quiet sitting area in the window, and we had a beautiful snowy view across the street and the park. Checkin/out were very easy, and we were able to leave our bags with reception when we arrived early. A perfect home base for our couple of days in Sapporo.
