It was the only request for help during our 12-night stay so we were very disappointed and uncomfortable. Black. Mold. The bathroom reeks of black mold. The mold was visible around the base of the toilet, fan port, and the shower walls. It was so bad I couldn't stay in the bathroom long enough to shower ☹️ Additionally, the window shutters in the bedroom have active black mold growing on them so we had to leave the window open all night (despite it being -2°C) with the heater running because we wanted to breathe safe air. I feel genuinely terribly leaving this review because the staff that we interacted with were so so helpful and kind!! But I would never stay here again and I don't recommend others to stay here for their health.
