The room was very neat and the staff was super helpful. I can't comment on the onsen as I didn't use it. The ryokan location is very close to the JR station, so you can get easily from the New Chitose Airport. I would like to come back to try the onsen next time.

I’ve staid in many hotels in Japan, and this might just be the best one. Even with my limited Japanese, the staff was very accommodating and kind, and the facility felt safe, cozy, and nostalgic even in the heart of Sapporo. I’ll be sure to stay again next time I visit Hokkaido. ありがとうございます😊

札幌の老舗旅館の一つです。 道警察本部の裏手にあり、アクセスは悪くありませんが、逆に言うとメイン通りからは2ブロック外れているのでメインの狸小路からはタクシー使わないと徒歩で1km以上あります。 接客に問題ありませんし、客室のフロアについたらエレベーターホールで迎えてくれました。 また私の体格を元に客室の羽織もサイズ変更してくれました。 エアコンもテレビも、空気清浄機も問題ありませんでしたし、WIFIも問題なく50Mbpsくらいは平均で出ていました。 この旅館にぴったりな人は、札幌で和室を求めている方です。 逆をいうとそれ以外の用途では満足するには他のホテルがよく見えてしまい、残念な思いをすると思います。
