Great! Better than expected and it was very spacious with significant amount of space for two 22kg luggage’s to open. 2nd floor was quiet and simple amenities — less of a hotel style service though you could request for cleanings for additional. check in was easy considering i arrived at 10pm. check out was easy as well with space for me to leave my luggage’s (available till 5p) I definitely will want to consider staying at this and their other hotels in the future!

The room we were given is on the ground floor, which made it very noisy. We could hear every movement and every conversation from guests coming in and going out. As a result, we were only able to fall asleep in the middle of the night, and we were woken up very early by guests because it was simply too loud. We complained and asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but unfortunately, this was not possible. For us, this meant five nights without getting proper rest. Apart from the noise, everything else we needed was provided. The room is big and clean.

とてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。 オーナー様とのやりとりもとてもスムーズで当日までの時間も安心感がありました。 大人5人でも余裕がある広さですし、お値段もリーズナブルです。 また北海道旅行に行く機会があれば、同じところに宿泊したいです！！

チェックインの際にカード端末が機能せずテレビ電話で教えていただけました。おもちゃがたくさん置いてあって子供達は喜んでいました！部屋のドアの造りが少し邪魔な位置やったけど部屋自体はとても過ごしやすかったです。
