The location is unbeatable if you are coming or leaving by JR train. If you are arriving late or don't feel like traveling out, the mall attached to it has plenty of good restaurants. The check-in staff, housekeeping and every staff you meet in the hotel are impeccable, helpful and detailed. We always spend a few nights at the local JR Tower hotels in the cities we visit.

A Wonderful Stay at JR Tower Hotel Sapporo From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed—the subtle scent and fresh floral arrangements in the lobby created a truly welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The lobby itself is beautiful and spacious, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding throughout: professional, kind, and always helpful—especially the concierge and luggage team. I also enjoyed a relaxing, high-quality massage. While the room was a bit small, it matched what I booked and was still very comfortable. The Sky Restaurant was another highlight, offering breathtaking views and excellent cuisine.
