The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, and the room was spacious. However, it was unfortunate that I was booked—perhaps by mistake—into a smoking room, which had an unpleasant odor. Despite this, the staff were very helpful, especially in providing directions to my conference venue and the places I visited during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.

Good price performance

Convenient location and attractive price. Fixtures were a bit old but acceptable. Staff were friendly and they offered a free breakfast coupon which was so nice!

For the price, it is exactly as expected. Pretty old and dated “Standard Japanese business hotel”, but not bad at all. Check in was easy and the staff were professional. Access to Sapporo station was also good. The bed was very close to the ground and the mattress was not the comfortable. The sheets were also very thin and not very soft. And I have noticed this a few times at hotels around Sapporo, but the Water is extremely hot. Not being able to open the windows or having a cold blowing AC or any way to cool down the room was a bit of a downside too. Overall, for the price I cant complain though. Was happy they had availability during New Years.
