It was a pleasant two night stay. The location is right in the middle of downtown Sapporo where most must visit spots are within walking distance.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!

立地は良い。近くに24時間のスーパーやコンビニが豊富で飲食店にも困らない。もう1年以上も前のコメントから大浴場が改修中で直っていない。 ラウンジというフリードリンクのルームがカウンター横にあった。利用はしていないが、満足度を高めるには良いサービス。アメニティはカウンター前からセルフサービスである。室内着や歯ブラシなど一通りある。 エレベーターは2台あるが、1台は修理中のため稼働は1台だが、その1台も止まる時間帯がある。階段を使えとのこと。2台同時修理。 部屋は狭いがそれなり。カードキーで開ける。冷暖房は温度設定通りに稼働したので満足である。風呂トイレ洗面は古いユニット。蛇口は新し目の混合水栓である。シャワーヘッドは綺麗で湯量も温度も充分、水回りと換気扇の清掃はきれい。黒カビが見当たらないのはすごい。温水シャワートイレがあるが、便座は冷たい。シャンプーの質も悪いものではない。枕は2個あるのにタオルは1人分しかない。テレビは43インチくらい、冷蔵庫は古い。空気清浄機がある。置き時計がアナログ時計でうるさく致命的である。ベッドの頭部分にコンセントと照明スイッチがあるのは良い。 部屋のWiFiは電波強度はあるが、ルーターの問題がほとんど繋がらない。 部屋に水ボトルや使い捨てスリッパのサービスはない。ビニルタイプのもの。深夜は隣の水栓の音がうるさいが、一般的なホテルのレベル。エアコンのコンプレッサの音が聞こえるから、空調は独立かもしれない。 所々の変な点はあるにせよ、総じて部屋の快適さ、という基本的な部分は田舎のビジネスホテルより良く及第点である。相場より2.000円くらい安かったので、割り切れば良いと思う。エレベーターが混んでいて下りは階段を推奨されているため、チェックアウトに向けて階段を降りたが、洗剤の棚や段ボール、ベッドのマットが立てかけて常設してあり、避難の邪魔になるし消防法の違反の可能性。
