What I appreciated most of all was having a hot spring bath with a large tub. The food at the restaurants were absolutely deliccious. However, I was shocked to discover just how filthy it was under the bed when I happend to drop something. That's why I didn't put five stars...

It was a pleasant stay in general. The onsen/spa was very nice and clean. The staff were super helpful during a medical crisis - calling the ambulance and translating with the medical staff. But the heating was constantly on at 23 C and it would not turn off. This made it quite unpleasant in the room.

Hotel was near the subway station. Within walking distance to a halal eatery. Restaurant at hotel lobby also had vegan options and there’s no pork in the menu. Hotel pillows were miserably small and uncomfortable though

I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it. though management did make an effort. The hotel was a very walkable distance to city center but is away from the action. With kids it’s a trek to get to things but not bad for adults. Overall it was a good stay.

This hotel was perfect for my family and I as we were able to catch the subway close by to see the snow festival. Highly recommend staying here!

Onsen on the 3rd floor is great. Convenient to subway stations and Sapporo main district.

Pretty expensive place for its location, however, the perks are well worth it.. if you have spare cash that is.

Pleasant Stay

My overall experience was pleasant. My only gripe for my stay is that the carpet in my room needed shampooing. Other than that, service and food provided was good. The cleaning staff did as requested. The food provided for breakfast was excellent and the ambience at the Terra restaurant was memorable. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Room needs to be updated with hooks or bars for towels and more hangers for onsen clothing. Would be nice to have an electrical outlet on the nightstand . Wallpaper needs to be glued. Water bottles available in the room would be nice. Carpet needs to be cleaned.
