I had booked a room at another hotel. It was horrible! So bad in fact I could not spend 1 single night there. I switched to the Granbell. The place was clean and well kept. I really appreciate the staff accomodating me.

I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience.

夕方ついてチェックイン、駐車場が満車になってしまい、徒歩3分ほどのコインパーキング時間貸が提携先との事で駐車しましたが、料金がホテルのパーキングの値段より高く、ホテルの都合で満車となってるのだから、駐車場は平等に一律料金にするべきかと、遠くの駐車場に追いやられ、駐車料金も高いとは納得できない。改善すべき。

立地良く、部屋はデザイン性が高く快適。朝食も想像以上で大満足。 大浴場、サウナも充分満足出来た。最上階のカフェバーも良かった。 提携駐車場への案内は仕方ないが、チェックイン時にサービス券を購入したものの、駐車場での精算の際にそこそこの額の追加料金が発生した。 土日祝は特別料金だったのか？細かい方が相手だとトラブルになるかも。

清潔でした。大浴場は時間により洗い場が7しかないので待つ状態。立シャワーがあるがシャンプーリンス等が無いため使う人もいなかったかなぁ 外の立ち湯は非常に良かった。 部屋は綺麗、お隣の声が聞こえたり、廊下の声がよく聞こえたがしかたないところでしょう。 立地も良く、とても良かったです。
