The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

北海道旅行が初めての彼と1泊させてもらいました！北広島駅から直結なので移動がスムーズだったのと、エスコンフィールドまではシャトルバスもタクシーもたくさんあって行きは時間がなくタクシーを乗りましたが1000円でいけて、帰りはのんびり歩いてかえってきましたが、とても行きやすかったです！ 施設内はとても綺麗でした！ サウナも事前に予約をとらせてもらい、2人でのんびりとサウナを満喫できました！ 2時間の時間制限はありましたが満足でした！未来型人間洗濯機も体験してきましたが、彼は気に入って2回も入ってました！ ただ、骨伝導イヤホン？が電源がつかずHR測定ができなかったのが残念でした。 サウナの利用方法や施設内の説明、利用法をもう少し詳しく教えていただきたかったなと思いましたが、朝食もとても豪華で全部美味しくてお腹いっぱいになるまでおかわりしちゃいました。対応も丁寧だし、トータルしてとても満足できました！スタッフの方もとても気さくで笑顔で対応してくださったので、気持ちよく利用できました！また北海道へ行き試合観戦がある時には利用させてもらいたいのでよろしくお願いします！

北広島駅からの通路（時間制限あり夜間ダメなど）から直でホテルにつながるし ホテル建物下にはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店ありでとても便利。 建物横にはエスコン行きのバス乗り場もあります。ホテル室内は清潔感のある、すっきりしたシンプルなデザイン。余計なものはなく広々としています。快適な3泊4日でした。 全てが合理的なコンセプトなのは、わかります。が、はじめてこちらのホテルを利用した私は事前チェックインには本当に戸惑いました。

駅からすぐなのでアクセスがよく、エスコンフィールドへのシャトルバスも目の前から出るのですごく便利でした。 エスコンから帰ってきて建物に入る時に施錠されているところがあるので少し不便（事前にメールで案内あり）チェックインの手続きがやや面倒、試合観戦の後の疲れた身体にバスタブがないのが少し残念、朝ごはんはおしゃれで珍しいものもたくさんあったがお米を食べたかった。 大満足とはいきませんでしたが、スタッフの対応もよく施設は綺麗だしユニフォームや写真が飾ってあって雰囲気もいい。とても快適に過ごすことができました。またエスコンへ行く際は泊まりたいなと思います。
