The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. 新しいホテルで、部屋では気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックインもオンラインで、受付番号4ケタが必要とのこと。メールで届いているハズと言われても、毎日届くメールの数も多いので見過ごしていて、探すのが面倒でした。朝は、男性スタッフがパソコンの前に座ったままで、客のチェックアウトは自分の仕事と思っていない様子。あいさつもこちらから、そして「ありがとうございました」もない。あの人、ホテルのスタッフじゃないの？ホスピタリティのかけらも感じられない対応でした。
