The street is a very long shopping arcade. The Mitsukoshi department store and Central stationery store are nearby.Lots of dining options. Breakfast is really good with many options. Room was clean and housekeeping was excellent.

In general, the stay at this hotel was very good. The room is a little small, but it was clean. The public bath (hot spring) was good. The breakfast was the best I had in variety and taste.

I booked and paid for breakfast and early check in, but somehow hotel only got the breakfast not for early check in (whose fault is that?). After I show my reservation and back and forth words exchange, the reception call I think is Manager. I show him my reservation again and he was happily accepted. So if anyone booked early check in make sure have black n white. Hotel.com please check this issue so other can avoid this problem. Other than that the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Love the location, facilities, and breakfast at dormy. Winter or summer, can always make use of the onsen, cold plunge, and sauna. Amazing Breakfast! some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Location is central to everything, no need to take the train anywhere. Although I love the temp control of the room, the blanket is always too warm, so just have to set The ac cold enough where you don’t need it. I wish the pillows were more like US hotel pillows. Japan hotel pillows are always an issue for my neck. I usually end up buying one at donki and just leave it back. The free ramen and free popsicles are always a welcome sight when coming home from a long day. I’m sure staff is awesome, but the language barrier prevents me from really seeing their hospitality.

客室はキレイで申し分ないです。部屋にはシャワーのみですが、大浴場があり、館内着で行けるので特に不満なかったです。夜は湯上りにアイスが無料だし、朝も乳酸菌飲料が無料なのも良かったです。夜泣きそばも食べたかったのですが、飲み会後で満腹だったので無理でした。キャラクターのインコグッズがホテル内で買えると良いのにと思いました。
